CSTM Standards for Hospital Transfusion Services, v 2

CSTM Standards serve as a tool for institutions to develop operating policies and procedures for their policy and procedure manuals. The Standards comply with CSA Standards for Blood and Blood Components, as well as federal, provincial, and territorial guidelines.

On March 22, 2010 the new CSA Standards for Blood and Blood Components Z902-10 was published. CSA Z902-04 has now been withdrawn.
