CSTM Standards
CSTM Standards for Hospital Transfusion Services, Version 2 is available to members on the CSTM website (member section).
- Authorised use is explained in the Standards document and on the website.
- Change management of the Standards will occur as required.

Policy on Printing and Distributing the Standards for Institutional Members
Institution members should send the CSTM a list of sites that are under the governance of the primary site and are entitled to three copies of the Standards.
Additional copies of the Standards can be made for $60.00 per copy, payable to the CSTM office.
NON-MEMBERS
On March 22, 2010 the new CSA Standards for Blood and Blood Components Z902-10 was published. CSA Z902-04 has now been withdrawn.
