Anyone working in the field of transfusion medicine is eligible to join the CSTM.
Individual memberships are available. Institutional, Student and Retired memberships are also available.

HOW TO PAY ONLINE:
Once you have completed the online form, you will receive a notification that you have an unpaid invoice. To pay online, click in the email on "view invoice online". This will automatically take you to PayPal where you will be able to process your payment accordingly.
HOW TO PAY BY CHEQUE:
If you would like to pay by cheque, simply send a cheque to the Canadian Society for Transfusion Medicine at the address below.
You will receive an automated message with an updated invoice. If you have paid by cheque, you will be sent an updated invoice once your payment is received and processed.

To apply for a new individual, student or retiree membership, please complete the
