Membership Categories and Fees

Categories of Membership

Individual members have all the privileges as listed as Benefits of Membership.
Institutional membership is available to organizations and may be purchased according to the number of accesses a primary organization requires for its facilities. Staff and students of organizations holding institutional membership have the same member benefits as an individual membership except for voting privileges, reduced conference registration, and access to bursaries.
Student membership is available at a reduced rate to students upon proof of registration at a recognized educational institution. Student members have the same privileges as individual members except for voting privileges.
Retired membership is available at a reduced rate to individuals who are not employed full time or part time in a transfusion or transfusion related position. Retired members have the same privileges as individual members except for voting privileges, reduced conference registration and access to bursaries. .
Honorary memberships are awarded at the discretion of the CSTM Board to members who have made significant long-term contributions to the CSTM. Honorary members have a lifetime term and the same privileges as individual members except for voting privileges.
