Shared Resources

CSTM provides resources which are relevant to the interests of its members and other healthcare professionals. The CSTM is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the information provided in these resources.
 
The CSTM welcomes the submission of resources for sharing on this page. Educational documents and templates, as well as links to videos and other web-based resources, may be submitted. Those submitting the documents are responsible for notifying the CSTM of any updates to ensure the currency and relevancy of the resources. Resources may be submitted to [email protected]. The CSTM Board of Directors will review the submission and the submitter will be notified if the resource will be posted on the website.
 
Resources are posted in English or French as submitted.
